We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for size or color issues, as long as the requested size or color is available in the same item. Our products follow European sizing, and size charts are provided to help you choose the perfect fit.

Please note: Selecting the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Details:

  • Exchanges are possible only if the desired size or color is in stock.
  • You must contact us within 10 days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Message us on WhatsApp: 0323 2731985
  • Share your Order ID and explain the size or color issue.
  • Use the subject line: “Exchange – Your Order ID”

Returns

We accept returns only if the item is defective.

Defective Items:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please send clear photos showing the defect.
  • Our team will review and confirm whether the return is approved.
  • Items damaged after use or altered in any way are not eligible.

Items That Can’t Be Returned:

  • Underwear (except tops and bodysuits) and fragrances must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Accessories and bundled products must be returned with all packaging and seals intact.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return:

  • WhatsApp us at 0323 2731985 within 3 days of delivery.
  • Use the subject line: “Return – Your Order ID”
  • If approved, we’ll arrange the pickup for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you notice any issues with your refund, please contact us right away.
  • LOVR reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that don’t meet these guidelines.
